The Silk Goddess Mascara uses cutting-edge technology to deliver thick, full and feathery soft lashes. Our formula incorporates traditional fine Japanese silk powder and fibers so you can control the length and volume of your lashes. Use one coat or keep building in layers and from all angles, the formula stays soft and workable. Created to stay clump-free, this transformational mascara feels completely feather-light and soft to the touch. 

The Japanese silk powder in our mascara also absorbs excess oil from your lashes without dehydrating them. Your lashes are like hair follicles, they both produce oil. If you have oilier lashes, you may notice streaks on your glasses, or eye makeup running throughout the day. Think of our Silk Goddess Mascara as dry shampoo for your lashes.

Last but not least, this is an AMAZING Lash Primer. Apply 2-3 coats and then apply your favourite mascara and you will see the VA-VA-VOOM mega lash result while your lashes still feel super comfy and feather-light.

Best For: Suitable for those with very fine to medium type lashes or oilier lashes. A great option for those who want light definition and a very natural everyday mascara.

Pro Tip: Use this mascara as a primer to absorb excess oil and layer our Ultra Volume or Massive Length Mascara over the top for maximum volume and separation.

1) Start by curling your lashes with your favourite lash curler.

2) Apply the mascara with the brush tip applicator closest to the lash line—this will help thicken the lashes.

3) Extend the mascara from base to tip—this will further lengthen your lashes.

4) Repeat until you reach the length and volume you desire.

Removal: Massage your lashes with your fingertips and warm water. You don’t need makeup remover! If you’re experiencing difficulties, use slightly warmer water and continue massaging. This technique will disintegrate the fibers from your lashes. If you want to use a makeup remover, choose an oil-free remover.

Follow these tips to make the most out of your Silk Goddess Mascara:

Keep your mascara wand fresh: Wipe your mascara wand once every 2-3 weeks with a paper towel. This will remove product build-up.

Note: Avoid toilet/facial tissue as tiny fibers will deposit onto the mascara wand, which will affect the performance of your Amaterasu mascara.

Keep the cap tight: To extend the life of your mascara and prevent it from drying out, make sure you secure the cap after every use. This will avoid air from going in and drying out the formula.
